Hello there! I’m Jeff Russell, the founder and currently, the Executive Director of IAPAM and I’m also the author of Secrets of a Successful Practice: Strategies for a Successful and Profitable Cash-Based Medical Practice.
Like you, I’m an entrepreneur who knows just how challenging and rewarding it is to build your own business from scratch. It’s demanding work, but I have loved diligently building my own aesthetic practice as well as working for the association for the last 14 years.
When I started my aesthetic practice, I had the concept and the vision but no idea how to put those into a business plan format. Over time, I developed the tools and information needed to research my concept, learn the financials specific to my vision, and form and present that information to lenders, builders, and vendors.
Here’s what I learned: Without profits from your practice, you will not be able to invest in newer equipment, support your local economy with taxes and jobs, and reach your financial goals.
But profit is not the end goal. The most successful leaders and companies connect profit to purpose. “Purpose” is our starting place at the 2020 Practice Growth Symposium. We’re going to cover so much more, including:
This exclusive event that is intentionally designed to help a handful of practice owners and managers grow their businesses exponentially. If you are one of the rare “Growth Oriented” physicians, I hope to meet you in New Orleans on March 7 & 8, 2020. I promise you’ll walk away inspired and equipped to achieve your practice’s growth goals.
Click here to book your room online now or call 1-504-586-0300 and use the group code 49970141 (limited rooms available – only 22 rooms left!).
Unlike other medical conference’s you have attended, the Practice Growth Symposium is an intimate gathering of the top cosmetic/aesthetic healthcare providers in the world. We have a chosen to limit the attendance so that you get a better learning experience. Therefore, the program is only available via application.
Early bird pricing only.
Ends Sept. 30!
You’ll get access to all the sessions, breakfast and lunch daily – and the top industry pros – with your registration ticket.
We recognize that attending this event is an investment, but we know you and your practice are worth it. We recruit the best speakers to offer you the best return on your investment.
