If I stay at another hotel can they shuttle me to the Sonesta Suites Scottsdale Gainey Ranch (7300 E Gainey Suites Drive)?  

Yes, if it is within a 5 mile radius, but there are limited hours and is first come first serve, so please ask at check in.

What time is registration?

It is at 7:30 in Gainey Room A at Sonesta Suites Scottsdale Gainey Ranch.

Do I need a car while I’m there? 

Unless you are familiar with Phoenix and surrounding areas, it would be best to take the super shuttle, taxi or Uber, Lyft from airport. Please check the hotel and travel page for websites.

What should I wear? 

Whatever you are comfortable wearing is fine, most people are business casual. Be sure to bring layers as the conference room can be chilly

Is there any pre-work homework to do before attending? 

You were sent an email on this, you MUST get it done before doing the Botox injecting. Please sign in to the IAPAM Learning Lab.

Can we take photos or video recording at the conference?

You will be provided with clinical videos of the top procedures to review. Please do not take photos or videos of anyone without their permission.

Will I have access to WiFi?

Yes use SonestaGuest under WiFi login.

How many CME’s do I get? 

If you attend all 4 days, you will receive 33.5 AMA Cat 1 CMEs.  If you attend fewer days, then fewer CME’s. Please ask for details.

As an NP, are there CE’s? 

Our AMA Cat 1 CMEs are accepted by all nursing boards to our knowledge.

Do I have to pay for parking at hotel? 

No, parking is free to attendees

I am brand new to this, is that ok?

You are the perfect attendee

How can I best prepare for this event? Are there any books that I can read etc? 

As long as you do the pre-assigned work that we advise you on, that is all that is required.

Is there a grocery store close? 

Yes, Sprouts is right next door to the hotel & there are kitchenettes in the hotel rooms so you have a refrigerator & microwave if you want to bring your own food.

Are there vegetarian options for lunches?  

Yes, you should be able to find options that are vegetarian.
