Who We Are
IAPAM was founded to help physicians add non-insurance medical procedures to their practice in a profitable, sustainable way. What began with a small group of physicians and board-certified dermatologists gathering for a 2-day training has grown into the Successful Aesthetic Practice System™ — trusted by more than 15,000 medical professionals worldwide.
For two decades, we've expanded our education to include Botox® training & certification, aesthetic medicine, medical weight management, and practice business training — giving providers the most comprehensive framework to reduce burnout, improve work-life balance, and create practices that patients love returning to.
Our faculty have successfully started and grown their own aesthetic practices, medical spas, and medical weight management clinics. That road-tested experience is built into everything we teach.
