His career trajectory further broadened through roles at world-class organizations such as Club Med in the Bahamas and Fairmont Hotels, providing a comprehensive understanding of different business models and operational challenges. In 2004, Jeff embarked on his entrepreneurial journey, founding the Oakridge Group. Over the years, he has established and nurtured seven distinct companies, including Oakridge Financial Group, IAPAM (International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine), Glenmore Healthcare (MedSpa), Oakridge Leasing and Clean Start Weight Loss®.
