I’m sure you will agree if you live by the following “agreements” you will certainly have a better quality of life:
Buy each of your team (and/or family) members a copy of the book (less than $8/book on Amazon).
Have a discussion about what the 4 Agreements are, and how beneficial they would be in their personal interactions with customers (for more effective business communication), and at home.
At the next team (family) meeting, have each team member give an example of how they used one of the “Agreements” in the workplace.
