Clean Start Weight Loss Ketogenic/Intermittent Fasting Training

Happy patient on a medical scale

If you are looking for an easy way to offer a medically-supervised Ketogenic and Intermittent Fasting program for your patients, look no further!

The IAPAM has taken its live training and created a self-study weight loss program that includes everything you need to start offering the Clean Start Weight Loss® Ketogenic/Intermittent Fasting program to your patients!

If you have patients who have tried to do the keto or ketogenic diet on their own and failed, you now have a solution for them – a carefully formulated, medically-supervised, comprehensive combination ketogenic diet AND intermittent fasting program that works!

The number of books, blogs and websites devoted to the ketogenic diet is overwhelming for most patients.

In addition, most of the information is incorrect, and therefore most “do it yourself” keto diets fail. Patients are looking for a program that works, and now you can offer them a medically-supervised, physician guided weight loss program that combines the ketogenic diet with intermittent fasting, in a medical environment.

In order to help both you and your patients succeed at weight loss, we created a specific, easy to follow program for your patients.

The Clean Start Weight Loss® Ketogenic / Intermittent Fasting program will help you help your patients lose weight.

Why Offer the Clean Start Weight Loss® Program?

Patients Want an Easy-to-Follow Program

The fact is anyone can go on YouTube or buy a book on the Ketogenic diet. However, they are guaranteed to find conflicting information

One book or video says they can eat 50 grams of carbs a day, another says 15 grams of carbs – which is right?

Your patients are looking for a specific step-by-step program they can easily follow, and that is why we created practice protocols and a patient guidebook they can easily follow.

In addition, with so many variations of the keto diet, it’s important for your team to consistently be prescribing the same program to all patients.

Also keep in mind that only a licensed healthcare provider can review a patient’s medical history and order labs.

For a patient to safely do the keto diet, there are labs that should be ordered (all covered in the Program Practice Guidebook).

Telehealth Compatible

Nearly one in three adults (30.7%) are overweight, and over two in five (42.4%) have obesity, according to the NIH. This epidemic requires accessible solutions, especially for those too busy to visit a clinic.

The Ketogenic / Intermittent Fasting program can be offered via virtual consultations and weekly meetings.

You can also offer a curbside pickup or home delivery of the patient “starter package.”
