Why is the IAPAM's Aesthetic Medicine Symposium held in Scottsdale, AZ?

There are several reasons the IAPAM’s Symposium is held each time in Scottsdale, AZ, (the sunniest city in the nation!), but the two key reasons are:

The IAPAM wants to ensure that you receive your botox training and learn aesthetic medicine techniques from the leading board-certified dermatologists; and in accordance with the FDA, all botox training is done in an actual medical spa/dermatologist’s office (not a hotel room!).

At the IAPAM’s Symposium in Scottsdale, you will learn about the skin and injectables from board-certified dermatologists.  

Many of our faculty are involved with cosmetic injectable clinical trials, and they will share with you the latest information on what works and what doesn’t in the aesthetic industry. 

We feel it is critical that you learn from true experts of the skin, and as you can imagine, the likelihood of anyone being able to uproot 2 dermatologists from their busy practices, 7 times a year, is not really possible!  

We want you to learn from successful practitioners, not ones who just “get by.”

And, all our hands-on Botox training is offered at a multi-million dollar medical practice, not in a hotel room.  

By transporting you from our conference center to a successful medispa, you can see how a leading-edge medical spa operates.  You can take photos and video of the facility.  

You can see how treatment rooms are set up for cosmetic patients, how skincare products are merchandised, and get some great design ideas.
